Inspired by the best elements of my travels in Europe, Southeast Asia and Latin America while staying true to my beloved Mexico and the style of Tulum, I built La Palmita with the idea of providing the modern amenities and comfort that I look for when traveling. I am so proud of this space and of my team, I hope that some of the love and attention to detail we give are reflected in your time here with us.

When I'm not overseeing the hotel I train for an event called Travesia Sagrada Maya, swim in local cenotes, play ultimate frisbee and hang out with my wonderful wife, our sons and our dog.

How can I be of service?

I am the guest service manager and I oversee the front desk and cleaning staff. I try to be of help in any way I can during your stay. If you have any suggestions for how we can improve or anything is not to your satisfaction please ask for me, we are always looking to make improvements.

I am originally from Uruguay and was a teacher for many years before working in hospitality here in Tulum where I met my husband.
