Casa Sol ~ Downtown
Casa Sol is our three story building downtown with an independent two-bedroom apartment on each floor. All three apartments feature a great kitchen and dining area and the building sits on a lot with a verdant front yard where tropical fruit trees grow. Amenities in the fully furnished apartments include, wifi, dedicated work desks, Smart TV, A/C, king beds, USB charging stations, access to a shared laundry room, support and concierge service from our property manager.
We also offer beach & pool access through our sister property Akiin Beachclub.
Casa Sol is an ideal rental located in a quiet neighborhood just two blocks from the main avenue in the heart of downtown Tulum. The high ceilings and spacious interiors are an open invitation to stay home, and the perfect welcome after a day at the beach.

Casa Sol Apt 3 is the perfect combination of indoor and outdoor living. The private outdoor dining area on the patio is definitely the star attraction of this space. I love plants and have spent years creating a verdant space that is comfortable and inviting.
The kitchen is charming and has all you need for home cooked meals during your stay. Room One has a large closet, work desk, king bed and smart TV while Room Two is a well appointed bachelor pad, featuring a dartboard, King bed, surround sound speakers, and a TV for your enjoyment.
Casa Sol Apt 2
Casa Sol Apt 2 is a delightful home. It gets great light and catches a perfect cross breeze making A/C optional. Local hardwood finishes and high ceilings feature prominently, accented with murals from visiting artists and local handicrafts. The private back balcony is a great place to chat with a friend at sunset. However it is the massive kitchen, a chefs dream, that is perhaps the best feature of this downtown gem.
CASA SOL Apt 1
Casa Sol Apt 1 is a comfortable ground floor home built with care and featuring many touches of fine craftsmanship. This is a home created for me and my family, so comfort and convenience were integrated into the design and supplemented as we made the space fit our evolving needs. The backyard is exclusive to this apartment. If you have a large wardrobe, the two closets in the main bedroom will be particularly enjoyable.
Casa Sol is Dog Friendly!
Casa Sol is fully set up for your best furry friend. We can give you tips for dog friendly places and activities, as well as dog walker, grooming and vet recommendations should you need them.
We have partnered with a local animal advocacy group so if you are staying for a month or more you can foster a pup while you are here. You can also help get some of these dogs to their forever homes in the US or Canada.
